If you are feeling really ambitious and want to develop your own solution, here is the link to the resource: http://docs.voxeo.com/callxml/3.0/home.htm . There used to be a company called drop.io that had a similar tool but they managed to get swallowed by facebook and are now part of that giant hairball.
Oh. and there is also a free development package that I used to play with in college called tellme studio. It has now been consumed by Microsoft. https://studio.tellme.com or http://www.tellme.com (for commercial products)
Thanks for the tips, Greg. Those look a little deeper than my skill level, but I like having the option if I decide to learn something new. I’m sure it’s not too hard once you get into it.
